How Can I Apply for 2023 Fulbright Scholarship USA?
Follow these procedures to apply for a Fulbright scholarship in 2023:
(1) Online form
USEFP needs a number of documents to assess your Fulbright application. Application materials will be submitted.
(2) Have your transcripts
Transcripts and certificates from a 4-year undergraduate program or an equivalent one; ACCA or foreign 3-year bachelor’s degrees are comparable. PhD aspirants need transcripts and an MPhil or MS. You may also apply if you’re in your last year of college and will graduate by December.
They look at your education, courses, and grades. They also consider how different colleges grade. Although there’s no minimum GPA, most Fulbright grantees have strong academic records. The Fulbright panel considers academic achievement in college.
(3) Take TOEFL and GRE General
You may submit either your unofficial or official GRE score in your application. Each applicant must use code 9388 to request an official score report from ETS. Application requires GRE general (international) exam scores. 315 or higher for engineering and science; 310 or higher for all other areas. No subject GRE required.
The Fulbright requires a verbal and quantitative GRE score of 138. Most approved applicants have high GRE scores. You can only declare your best GRE score to Fulbright. TOEFL isn’t necessary while applying. Interviewees must take the TOEFL.
Fulbright needs two essays. Each application essay must be around 800 words. Don’t overcraft your essays; write clearly so the Fulbright panel can comprehend you. (4) Recommendations are needed.
By the deadline, you must have three referrals, that is 3 academic references, 2 academic and 1 professional, or 2 professional and 1 academic. 1 academic reference letter is required. Your referees must sign and mark the reference forms in the application packet. After submitting your online application, a form will be sent to your references.
Who should write your references has no established methodology. Because USEFP doesn’t want to jeopardize your existing employment, your employer can’t always write your reference. Simply ask your friends. Professor, former employer, or researcher.
(5) Make a CV.

Fulbright has no application costs. Apply online.
The interview is an excellent sign of selection, but not admittance. Four persons undertake 15- to 30-minute interviews. You must bring your TOEFL registration sheet to the interview, even if you haven’t taken the test.
