FUHSO POST UTME Admission Form – Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo is a federal government institution established with the motive to train world-class medical doctors, and other medical personnel, who would adequately cater to the health requirements of Nigerians. The institution is located in Benue State and has its motto of “Knowledge for health”. 

Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, is the first Federal University of Health Sciences to be established in Nigeria. The University is established in 2019 and commenced activities in 2020. It has commenced the admission process into all the courses of the university approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

The management of the Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo has released the Post Unitary Tertiary Matriculation Examination Admission form for the 2022/2023 academic session. The available courses at the Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo are:

Faculty of Science

College of Medicine

    • B.sc Medicine and Surgery 

The university cut-off for Medicine and Surgery for candidates who sat for the 2021 JAMB examination is 230, while those who sat for the 2022 JAMB examination are 240. 

To be qualified for admission, candidates must have selected the Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo as the first choice. Candidates who selected Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo as their first choice in the 2022 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board or have missed the last screening exercise conducted by Federal University of Health Science Otukpo for the 2021 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board are invited to the screening exercise scheduled as follows:

Date: 6th – 7th September 2022

Venue: Lecture Theatre, Take-off Campus Otada, Otukpo.

Any candidate whose results are not uploaded on the portal will not be eligible for admission on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Any candidate who wishes to study at the University but didn’t pick it before should change their institution on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board portal and make the Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo their first choice.

The candidates should make sure their O’level results are successfully uploaded on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board portal to be eligible for admission.

FUHSO POST UTME Admission Form

Candidates are required to come to the screening center with the following documents: 

1. 1. 1. Two passport photographs
      2. Original Senior Secondary Certificate Examination/National Examination Council O’level result/certificate.
      3. Evidence of picking Federal University of Health Science Otukpo as the first choice.
      4. Print out of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board result from Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board CAPS.
      5. Birth Certificate.
      6. Evidence of the payment of non-refundable processing fee of 2,000 nairas in favor of the Federal University of Health Science through REMITA.
      7. Two photocopies of each of the documents listed above.
