Daniel chapter 4 verse 35, he does according to his wills among the host of heaven, and among the inhabitants thereof and no one can stain his hands or say to him what are you doing.
He is the god almighty and he is impeccable, he knows what he does and he doesn’t follow the order or footsteps of anyone. He is the god above all.
This is a positive way of saying that he will achieve all his wills and plans successfully and nothing will happen. That is why he said in his word that he is god and there is none like him.
He does it all and accomplishes all things according to his desire or wisdom and no one can come his way or stop him. This is what God’s severity means.

God has shown his sovereignty in many aspects in the bible, he has shown from time to time that he is the most powerful being in both heaven and earth that were even created by him.
Shows Sovereignty Against The Pharaoh And His Inhabitants
Many of us are familiar with this great and popular story in the bible when Moses lead the children of Israel to the red sea which was a very mighty ocean and the king and pharaoh his coming back to come and capture the children of Israel again,
God show himself through the rod of Moses where he parted the red sea and later allow pharaoh and his wicked soldiers to perish in the sea leading the children of Israel to the promised land.
The Three Hebrew Men
Shadrach Meshach and Abednego were thrown into a fierce furnace by the king because they failed to obey his mother and worship him. God showed himself in the midst of the fire and he saved these three Hebrew men and finally gained the heart of the king.
David And Goliath
This is also one popular story in the bible. The giant goliath has been troubling the land and David, who was filled with the spirit of God, was brave he walked up to this man and killed him with a mere stone that is filled with the power of God.

There are many other occasions and stories in the bible where God shows his sovereignty this is used to show how powerful he is against all odds and he is unstoppable in his doings.
